To ensure continued operational support for clients in France during the COVID-19 outbreak, we have activated the Executive Relocations business continuity plan.

The plan covers, but is not limited to, the following areas of focus:
  • Daily leadership meetings, via Visio conference, to monitor our team’s health and safety, as well as government directives
  • Compliance and data security shields to allow remote working
  • Rotational team presence to ensure service continuation
  • Suspension of travel, with a prioritisation of virtual communication
  • Optimised communication, adapted to confinement, to keep our team and customers safe.

With regards to day‑to‑day service activities, the following adaptations have been implemented:
  • Immigration: an automatic three-month extension has been implemented by the French authorities for all residency permits and visas. Travel outside France is not recommended at this time.
  • Delayed arrival: When possible, we are recommending that customers relocating to France delay their arrival by a few weeks.
  • Temporary housing: Extending or rebooking temporary accommodation is highly recommended.
  • Destination services: Continuing customer support, in line with the restrictions put in place by the French authorities, virtually when possible, according to the availability of the various parties (estate agents, homeowners, etc.), following the necessary hygiene protocols.
  • Schooling support: Although schools and universities have been closed, most international schools have an administrative team on hand to review admission requests, enable virtual tours and interviews, etc.
  • Ongoing support: Our helpline remains available to our contracted clients who have home-related support or general concerns.

As we embark on this new way of servicing our clients, we remain committed to our core values of keeping our teams safe – through proactive health and safety measures – and communicating with our clients to ensure they are kept up to date of the latest developments and options available.

We look forward to supporting our clients through the weeks to come with an altered, but equally committed, service delivery process.

Please feel free to contact to us for any further questions.
